ORDER TIMELINE

Our company handcrafts all products within 3-5 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Care for your new product(s) by:

*EACH CANDLE COMES IN:

– AN UPCYCLED CLEAR OR GREEN WINE BOTTLE GLASS OR A WECK JAR. IT IS EASY TO UPCYCLE THE GLASS AT THE END OF ITS CANDLE LIFE – GIVE IT A QUICK WASH WITH SOME HOT WATER AND SOAP AND REUSE IT AS DRINKING GLASS.

ALL THE ESSENTIAL OILS HAVE A VERY SUBTLE EFFECT AND ARE NOT OVERPOWERING LIKE THE CHEMICAL CANDLE FRAGRANCES. YOU CAN USE YOUR CANDLE IN DIFFERENT SCENARIOS OR SPACES AROUND THE ROOM TO ACHIEVE REFRESHING, RELAXING OR INSPIRING SPACE.

JEWELLERY CANDLE INSTRUCTION:

THE FIRST TIME YOU BURN YOUR CANDLE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BURN IT FOR AT LEAST 1H, PREFERABLY 3-4HOURS, ALLOWING THE MELT POOL TO REACH ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF THE GLASS. THIS IS CALLED A MEMORY BURN WHICH PREVENTS THE CANDLE FROM TUNNELING TO THE BOTTOM DURING FUTURE BURNS.

STEP 1: 

LIGHT CANDLE FOR AT LEAST 4-8H UNTIL THE POOL HAS REACHED THE GLASS AND MORE THAN 1/2 OF THE CLAY BALL IS VISIBLE.

STEP 2:

BLOW OUT THE FLAME AND REMOVE THE CLAY BALL FROM THE WAX USING A PAIR OF TWEEZERS OR A SPOON.

STEP 3:

LET THE CLAY BALL COOL DOWN!!! WIPE OFF THE WAX. USE A LITTLE KNIFE TO CUT OPEN THE CLAY BALL TO FIND YOUR JEWELLERY. WASH THE JEWELLERY WITH WATER AND SOAP BEFORE USE. ENJOY YOUR NEW PIECE OF JEWELLERY.

WARNING:

KEEP THE CANDLE OUT OF REACH FROM CHILDREN, PETS AND FLAMMABLE ITEMS.

NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED.

KEEP WAX FREE OF MATCHES, WICK TRIMMINGS AND FLAMMABLE MATERIALS.

DO NOT MOVE THE CANDLE WHILE IT IS STILL BURNING OR WHEN THE WAX IS HOT.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN FIRE, INJURIES OR SMOKE DAMAGE.

THE CANDLE SHOULD REMAIN LIT FOR A MINIMUM OF 3-4H, EACH TIME IT IS BURNING TO PREVENT TUNNELING.

DO NOT EXTINGUISH CANDLE WITH THE LID!!!

 

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* TOO MUCH PRESSURE IS APPLIED TO THE JEWELRY OR CANDLE

* LEFT OUT IN THE SUN

* MACHINE WASHED ON COLD

Our company ships through the following carriers

International shipping (if applicable)

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all International products through [USPS, UPS, DHL,FEDEX, OTHER].

THE BRIGITTE SARTI CO / MANOLé is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. 

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. 

* We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.

* We offer free shipping for orders over 70€ [NATIONALLY 

* We offer free shipping  INTERNATIONALLY] on all orders over  150€

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. 

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@manole.lu  and send your item to: The Brigitte Sarti Co 61, rue Klensch 3250 Bettembourg Luxembourg.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
